Justin Cofield
I'm a sophomore at USC's Iovine and Young Academy studying design, engineering, and business. I started building digital systems for local businesses because I kept seeing the same problem: great businesses that are completely invisible online, losing customers to competitors who just show up on Google.
Cofield Digital isn't a big agency. It's me - building lead generation systems for local businesses that should be as easy to find on Google as they are to find on the block. Every system I build, I treat like it's my own.
I work primarily with roofing contractors and other local home service businesses across Greater LA and Orange County. Based in Los Angeles. Currently accepting new clients.
I build every business like my name's on the door.
Everything here was built, not bought.
Games first
Built and shipped games end-to-end: design, engineering, and the thousand details in between. Real-time systems teach you what 'feels fast' actually costs.
Iovine and Young Academy, Class of '28
Design, engineering, and business in one degree - the exact three disciplines this company runs on. Dean's List.
Websites for real businesses
Designed and launched conversion-focused sites for clients - and kept noticing the same thing: great local businesses that were invisible on Google.
The Local Lead Engine
Turned that observation into a system: conversion website, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and 60-second follow-up - built end-to-end for home services contractors in LA and Orange County.
Building in the open
An AI-assisted lead-intelligence pipeline, a code-driven ad production system, and a motion-design stack that renders this site's demos live in your browser. All of it feeds one goal: contractors who show up first.
The homework happens before the handshake.
Before I reach out to any contractor, a system I built has already studied the market: who has a website, who has reviews, how long they have been at it, who I can genuinely help. What you see below is an illustration of that sorting, running on sample data. The point is not the animation. It is that your business gets understood before it ever gets a pitch.
Four rules every engagement runs on.
One operator, zero hand-offs
The person who audits your market is the person who builds your site, rebuilds your profile, and answers your texts. Nothing is farmed out.
Show the work
Reporting in plain English. You see what was built, what's ranking, and where every call came from - or you shouldn't be paying for it.
Organic compounds
Paid leads stop the moment the spend stops. Rankings, reviews, and a profile Google trusts keep producing - that's the asset we build.
Build like it's mine
Every system gets the same standard I hold for my own products. If I wouldn't run it for my business, it doesn't ship to yours.
